Started as a fix-up but ended up being a complete rebuild. The old house, built in 1963, was in bad shape, so the design only kept the foundation, some memories, and a cool circular stair around a chimney.

The overall design features a soft color palette of whites, greys, and bleached cedar and oak. It preserves framed views of the original house, including a glimpse of the old exterior stair, now mirrored by a new spiralling interior stair.
